Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to EduBridge Solutions course vouchers (“vouchers”). By purchasing vouchers, you agree to these terms.

1. Voucher types and eligibility
   1. Bronze Vouchers apply to courses of 2 days or less (including short courses delivered in hours).
   2. Silver Vouchers apply to courses of 3 days or more.
   3. Gold Vouchers are a combined purchase of Bronze and Silver vouchers and receive an additional 5% reduction on the combined voucher price.
2. Validity and expiry
   1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the invoice date (unless otherwise stated in writing).
   2. Expired vouchers cannot be extended unless EduBridge Solutions agrees in writing (at its discretion).
3. Redemption and booking
   1. Vouchers may be used to join any available scheduled class within the relevant voucher category (Bronze or Silver), subject to seat availability.
   2. If your intended course is not listed in our calendar for the next 3 months, you may contact us to request that we schedule a cohort.
   3. Private cohorts may be requested with a minimum of 5 vouchers per cohort and a minimum of 1 month’s notice, subject to trainer availability and scheduling.
4. Payments and invoicing
   1. We will confirm the agreed courses/vouchers and issue an invoice.
   2. Payment options include online card payments (credit/debit), payment by phone, cheque, or bank transfer.
   3. EduBridge Solutions is not VAT registered at this time; therefore VAT is not charged.
5. Refunds, cash redemption, and transfers
   1. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
   2. Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
   3. Vouchers are transferable within the same company only. Transfers outside the purchasing organisation are not permitted without written approval.
6. Rescheduling and cancellations
   1. Scheduled classes may be rescheduled or cancelled by EduBridge Solutions due to low enrolment, trainer unavailability, or events outside our reasonable control. Where this occurs, voucher holders will be offered an alternative date or the option to use the voucher on a different scheduled class within the voucher validity period.
   2. If a learner cannot attend a booked class, the purchasing organisation may nominate an alternative attendee (subject to the transfer rules above).
7. Offer periods and promotions
   1. Introductory discounts (including the 50% offer) apply for a limited period and may be withdrawn at any time.
   2. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Microsoft courseware and recognition
   1. Where applicable, learners receive Microsoft Learn achievement codes as proof of completion.
   2. Microsoft product names and course codes are used for identification purposes. Microsoft is not responsible for EduBridge Solutions’ services.
